Creating the life and career you want doesn’t happen overnight

How do I know? I lived it. My journey to helping you step into the fierce woman and leader you truly are took years to unfold.

Let’s go back to the beginning…

Back when I was doing everything I was supposed to do.

Working hard. Getting all the right degrees. Climbing the corporate ladder. Living in a picture perfect apartment in Amsterdam.

Did my life look good from the outside? Yes. But on the inside, I didn’t even know who I was anymore. I was checking one corporate box after another – working in a toxic environment.

So you can probably guess what happened next: I burned out.

…Which brings us to today

After a period of recovery, I finally said goodbye to the toxic job, the box-ticking, and began a journey of self discovery.

I packed my bags, left Amsterdam and joined my partner in Senegal. I started a career coaching women. I pick up where traditional self development methods leave off, bringing in a holistic approach to a lifetime growth and evolution – merging science, ancient wisdom, and body-mind practices.

Where did I learn all of this?

Don’t worry, I’ve made sure to get the certifications and credentials along the way. And as a coach I am devoted to path of continuous discovery and learning.

  • MSc Management & Business Innovation, University College London
  • iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC)
  • Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP)
  • Trauma Informed Conscious Connected Breathwork (Sacred Breath Academy)
  • Mindfulness Stress Based Reduction
  • COR.E Transition Dynamics Specialist
  • Scrum Master and Coach (Digital Products)
  • Reiki Level I & II

In other words, I know what I’m doing. In my previous roles at multinational companies, I also implemented large transformation programs. I leverage my experiences as a trainer, design thinker, coach, and former consultant to develop and design your coaching program.

These are the values I’ll bring in

My values form the core of the work we’ll do together. And I’ll help you discover and define yours, too.

Imagine a life where you’re free: free to be yourself, to express, and ask for what you need. In my coaching, I place a lot of emphasis on freedom, helping you move through continuous change and expression through somatic release.

Connection starts with connection to ourselves and our inner world. Once we have that, we can connect with the rest of the world. Our clients, friends, partners, family. When we are unable to speak our truth we don’t feel connected and seek connection elsewhere. In prestige, substance, status, etc. I’ll ensure you won’t have to go there.

If there’s one continuity in life it’s this: Change. It’s better to go in prepared than not at all. Let me share the tools you need to navigate this successfully – time and time again.

Questions I get often

I’ve never worked with a coach before. How does this work?

To give you a better understanding, here’s how our time together will look: We will get together for one hour, once a week, for six months. During that time, we’ll start with where you are and design a set of steps and methods to get you where you want to be. While each session looks different, they all play crucial roles in getting you to your end goal and beyond.

Is every program the same for each of your clients?

No, everyone I work with comes to me with a unique set of skills, strengths, and challenges. That’s why every program is tailored to address your specific needs.

How much do I need to invest?

The program I will develop for you calls for starts at an investment of $5,000 for 6 months of weekly coaching. This is for the entire duration of our work together and includes Whatsapp access to me throughout your program.

* In case of employment companies have covered coaching for my clients.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, I offer options to pay in two instalments of €2,550 or in 6 instalments of €860

I’m nervous to share my struggles. How do I know this is a safe space?

I can assure you that I take an open-minded approach free from blame or criticism. The only way for me to help you grow is by tackling uncomfortable topics head-on – which is why I’m committed to creating safety throughout the process. Not to mention, I’m also trauma-informed and trained, so I don’t take your challenges lightly.
